The place was clean, with friendly and helpful staff, and served its purpose well.

The location met standards, it was absolutely perfect and magnificent impossible to open the window because of the smell coming from the kitchens of the nearby restaurants.

This was my third trip to Madrid and third different hotel and was the best of the three although a few pounds more. The location was excellent as it is for many of the hostels in Madrid. It is probably not a hostel for younger travelers looking for a lively atmosphere but ideal for older single or couples.

Had a twin room with earplugs, balcony, for example, and I absolutely loved it! 🌟.

Confort, friendly staff, helpful staff

magnificent location and fairly clean place, i truly enjoyed polite staff. the room was tidy and cozy and offered central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen tv. bidet was clean and everything was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this clean, good budget hotel. Very central location was a plus. It was just next door to SOL station, and many bars, coffee shops, and stores.

I appreciated that the hotel staff allowed my son and I to change rooms due to the situation described below. They were both helpful and understanding.

Unfortunately, we experienced a night of interrupted sleep due to the noise from an apartment located above our first room. The noise started at 4:00A and didn't end until almost daybreak. I notified the hotel staff about the problem and we were immediately given another room which was quiet.

I really enjoyed the stay. The venue was clean and the staff were very-very nice. The location of the hotel was very central, near major sights and a city centre of Madrid. Also, the place was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plaza de Oriente. The rooms were cosy and warm like in the pictures...

This place was a relaxed spot for two nights, with an easy early check-in and a peaceful room featuring a balcony and good facilities.

The night clerk, Roberto, spoke very good English, as did the chambermaid, Annalisa, so both were able to answer our questions regarding directions, going around the city, etc. The room was large, and it was not noisy at all because we got a room with windows that opened out into an inner courtyard, not the street outside. The bathroom was clean. Wifi was good, altho since we were in the room farthest from the router, the signal suffered a bit.

The place was clean, had a fantastic location close to everything, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just steps away from La Puerta del Sol, you can't beat it's location!

I didn't like not being able to enter without buzzing into reception. I felt like my coming and going was being monitored.

Localization

The room was too little and the W.C. almost wasn´t big enough for 1 person. Too much noise from the outside!
